I lead organizations through change and growth. Bringing almost 30 years international experience, I use my global outlook to help organizations develop their people and tackle the internal and external barriers to effective performance. I work with my clients to facilitate change, develop leaders and strengthen their organizations.
My consulting practice focuses on people and organizations working in complex situations. I pay attention to the dynamics of groups, and the presence of multiple levels of systems. While focusing on a positive vision for the future, I also help my clients set concrete objectives that are supported by realistic implementation plans.
I have worked locally, nationally and in more than twenty countries with non-profit organizations, public sector organizations and the private sector. My clients have included small organizations of just three people in one office to large ones with more than 20,000 staff in 120 countries.
As a Certified Professional Facilitator, I follow the highest professional standards in my practice, designing, developing and facilitating world-class meetings and workshops that achieve their outcomes.
