Paul Nunesdea is the English pen name of Paulo Nunes de Abreu, IAF™ Certified Professional Facilitator, Master of Ceremonies, Author, and Publisher of the book series - Architecting Collaboration.
Paul's professional career started with a degree in Psychology and a subsequent MSc in Information Management at the University of Sheffield, followed by a PhD in Lancaster University Management School with Peter Checkland.
His academic background provides a solid foundation for the growth of Paul's work experience as an university teacher, trainer, life coach, mentor, moderator and facilitator in several management positions and consulting assignments in different kinds of organizations but mainly in Public Administration.
As both GroupMap™ and IAF (International Association of Facilitators) certified facilitator he designs and hosts events for a range of clients ranging from big pharma companies to municipalities and regional governments.
He is the author of the book series "Architecting Collaboration” and his latest book “Beyond Virtual Meetings” co-authored with renowned digital collaboration experts is the first on the subject on Amazon.
In 2020 he co-founded the Digital Collaboration Academy with the vision of creating and sustaining a new emerging field - Digital Facilitation.
After COVID19, he advocates for a new public purpose and the need to engage and work with multiple stakeholders to further built more resilient communities with agile organizations that actively contribute to a balanced and more sustainable society.
